About Me
Hi! Welcome to my Website!
I'm just an average, active person who just does not have enough time in life.

I'm the Director of Information Technology at a Software Company in Walnut Creek Ca;  I've been
married to my wife Judy (a software engineer) since 1983, no children. I spend most of my spare
time with my horses- conditioning and competing in Endurance rides.  I also keep active in my
life long hobby- Racing and riding Dirt Bikes off road.  (I have tried to retire from the bikes
several times, but I just can't!)   I love doing projects around my home: my wife Judy and I live on
a 10 acre ranch in the Bay area, where we keep our horses. (five now)  For a while I was an
extreme long distance bicycle rider. (After Dirt Bikes, before horses) My record was about
11,000 miles in a year. (1991)  I also love to ride my mountain bike, but it's hard to step off the 50
horsepower dirt bike and onto the person powered pedal pusher.  Not much time for my other
activities- Skiing, Golf, Remote Control Model Airplanes, Scuba Diving.  I have been writing
stories about Endurance Rides for a few years now, and have put them together in a collection
here.  Please forgive the grammar and typos- these are quickly written things I just hammer out
after a ride.   There are a few longer stories and a couple of things on other subjects.

Enjoy!
